It includes a blog (http://infoltc.blogspot.ca), email listserv (Web Pick of the Week email) and a Twitter account (@Info_LTC). The purpose of the study is to evaluate the service and to examine how evaluation methods such as focus groups, surveys, and online metric tools can be implemented to evaluate social media in a library setting. | en_US |
