dc.description.abstract | This study mainly focuses on the rational design, synthesis and bioassay testing of netrin-1/UNC5 and netrin-1/DCC inhibitors. This study began with the development of a virtual screening method to select out candidates from virtual libraries. These candidates were then synthesized and the binding affinity between the synthesized molecules and netrin-1 was evaluated by microscale thermophoresis. | en_US |
