| Abstract: | (Imaginary) Boyfriend is a cycle of short stories that addresses the tension between stasis and locomotion. The eight stories feature characters who are addicted to motion, but paralyzed by anxiety. This theme manifests itself in both the internal and external spaces the characters occupy. |
