dc.description.abstract Because there is a multiplicity of languages in Manitoba, the influences of the various languages on Ukrainian are, perhaps more pronounced than in any other province in Canada. With the coming of every new generation, the number of Ukrainian words that are being Canadianized increase by leaps and bounds.
