How to use
this website
1. Log
in. To obtain a log in name, contact Carissa Wieler at info@borealbuzz.com.
This website is for the use of the Tembec Sustainable Forest Management
Advisory Committee located in Manitoba, Canada.
2. Once
you have logged in, you will be taken to the first page of
the tour, where further instructions are given.
3. From
the homepage, you may also select an image at the bottom of
the page to enter any place along the tour. This can only be done once
you have logged in.
4. Maps
can be selected from a link at the top of the website once in the tour.
Maps selected with the Zoom function take longer to load onto the computer.
Also, when using the Zoom function, users will need to search for the
map they are looking for using the dropdown box at the left of the screen.
5. All
links listed throughout the tour are also found in the Links page,
which you can select from the top of the website when in a tour.
6. The
Site Map can take you to any place in the website.
7. The
comments box is a way for you to make comments about your thoughts
while taking the tour. At the end of the tour, you will be able to see
all the comments you have posted and you will be given the opportunity
to print them.
8. A
survey is located at the end of the tour, and is part of Carissa’s
research project. You are given the option of taking the survey and
your consent is needed to do so. To give your consent, select “I
agree to take the survey” located at the bottom of the page. Otherwise,
select “I wish not to take the survey at this time” and
you will be returned to the home page.
9. Background

top links.
